I am a classicaly trained Pilates Instructor with over 15 yrs of teaching experience. I own an adorable studio in Savannah, Ga named Core Pilates & Health. I’m also a certified Integrative Nutritionist with a masters degree in nutrition. I am currently expanding my business model to include Pilates retreats.
