The Free plan lets you try PlankeApp with no time limit. You can post a job, browse instructors, and start conversations before committing to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Web plans are billed securely through Stripe using major credit or debit cards. Mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
What happens when I hit my messaging limit?
You can still receive messages, but you will not be able to send new ones until your limit resets at the start of the next month. Upgrade to a higher plan for more messaging capacity.
Are paid plans refundable?
Paid plans are billed annually and purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you have a billing issue, contact our team and we will review it with you.
