I teach with emphasis on following the original Curology (Pilates) method and repertoire, often times using props to make classes more challenging and exciting as well. Transitional movements from yoga and targeted stretching, based on what is necessary, are also part of my lessons to have a complete and balanced workout.
My private classes are tailored to each of my clients' individual needs and goals, taking their injuries/limitations into account, to deliver the maximum benefits during each session.
