I recently retired from a 16 year career as professional ballet dancer. Pilates and physical therapy helped me to navigate many injuries due to a severe spinal condition and allowed me to extend my career. I now love sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through my experience and find success helping clients rehab/treat pain and injuries. I have been a Pilates instructor for 13 years and would describe my style as athletic with a focus on building strength for functional movement—maintaining the integrity of classical Pilates exercises while adding a challenge and remaining adaptable to all bodies
