I am a BASI qualified instructor and have used my training and my years of endurance sporting back ground to create unique, fun and dynamic sessions. I love to push my clients bodies, using equipment on the mat - to take your body further. My philosophy about Pilates and our bodies, is to learn to absolutely love the body you were given, using Pilates as your guide to lengthen, strengthen, iron out all the kinks and to live and move in a more focused way.
Emphasis on core strength and stability. Also injury prevention and management.
