I am a certified comprehensive BASI Pilates Instructor. My background is dance. I have been a professional dancer, ballet director, choreographer and ballet teacher for many many years. Now I am still working in the dance business and since 3 years teaching Pilates on the mat and on all aparatus…and I simply love it!
