Hello! I am comprehensively trained by Diane Diefenderfer (trained by Fletcher and Romana). I also have an MFA in Dance, in which I spent time focusing on Dance Science. My teaching style is primarily classical with a blend of more modern biomechanic/scientific concepts and exercises pulling from my exercise/dance science education.
