I Teach Level 3 Reformer and Level 4 mats. I like to keep things classical with the basic principles in all classes, but still keeping it fun and different, making sure to target the full body. I like to focus on snatching the waist in, keeping the hips, sliming the legs down but growing the peach, and of course the pilates arms.
