My name is Liz and I have been teaching for just over nine years. I have experience teaching group fitness as well as individual (private or semi private) sessions. My Pilates education is through Balanced Body and I have experience in Mat Pilates, Reformer, Apparatus (Chair, Tower, and Barrels, Rhythmic Pilates/POP Pilates, Aqua Pilates, Barre, TRX, restorative yoga, and various strength formats. I emphasize form a lot when I teach and like to get to know my clients on a personal level so I can have a better idea of how to help them reach their goals!
