I teach with a primarily to heal, strengthen and connect people to their bodies and to become more empowered and aware through better alignment, form, mobility and ability which necessarily includes strength training.
I have 25 yrs of experience as a Pilates and movement teacher and I pride myself in having a keen eye for patterns of misuse; so I can help clients change bad patterns while they get stronger and more limber.
I teach a good balance between form and fitness.
