I’ve been teaching Pilates for 7 years—7 years on the mat, 5 years on the reformer, and 3 years specializing in Lagree. Fitness has always been my passion, and I love helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered through movement. My teaching style blends precise technique with uplifting energy, so clients feel both challenged and supported.
