Pilates with Bernadette

Bernadette went to college for Alternative Medicine, She is also a Certified Exercise Therapy Specialist, a GYROTONIC® Trainer, a Certified Nutritionist and a Master Herbalist. Bernadette is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Trainer, Certified Pilates for Rehabilitation Specialist, PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) and a Prescription Stretch Specialist. She has also created a Pilates Mat and Pilates Equipment curriculum certification program which is approved as a CEU program for ISSA. Additionally she is a former professional ballet teacher.
