Having discovered Pilates in my early 40s I was able to
combine it with other modalities to turn my life around. I have created my own blend of these wellbeing practices to
enable others to face challenges such as depression, eating disorders and low self-worth in the same way I did for myself. Each client is encouraged to undertake their own healing journey
