I like to work out - and work in! As a former pro ballet dancer, I have a strong affinity for alignment and strength training.
I love music, and I love to feel the work, and sweat too!
My teaching style can vary from high energy with fun music, to patient explanations and modifications with injuries and / or prenatal. Everyone is empowered.
After a major hamstring injury and surgery, I know the long road of rehabilitation, and how exercise can help with pain.
Personal training is my favorite, especially with medical and orthopedic considerations.
