I am certified in Eve Gentry's lineage, through Core Dynamics. Following that certification, I became interested in Pilates as rehab for clients who had experienced mastectomies and reconstruction from breast cancer, and received additional training in that area. I continue that work, and also help prepare folks awaiting gender affirming top surgery, or recovering from that same surgery. I am also certified through Real Pilates. I have taught classical and contemporary ballet for 20 years.
