I'm Shawna (she/her). A lifelong athlete and teacher, I was inspired to start my journey in Pilates 7 years ago as a means of recovery after experiencing a chronic back injury. Coming from a science background, I teach with a focus on fun, accessible movement in a style that is grounded in my STOTT pilates training, while also incorporating elements of clinical pilates, yoga, functional fitness and the new things I learn every day about how to keep your body moving happily.
My classes are focused on effective movement and strengthening for all levels and all bodies.
