Comprehensively Pilates trained from the PhysicalMind Institute in 2001 and later trained in Polestar Pilates in their bridge program. She also has a 25 year practice with Yamuna Body Rolling. other modalites in her belt include Yoga, TRX, Budokon mobility, Pelvic health, Breathwork, sound bathing and cacao facilitation. Teri brings an intuitive and playful style to her training.
