Reformer Pilates Instructor (1099 Contractor) Location: Avondale, Chicago, IL Studio: Avondale Pilates Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our boutique fitness studio. The ideal candidate will bring strong technique, client-focused energy, and a collaborative spirit. This role is perfect for instructors who value individual attention, team culture, and making a real impact in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and safe reformer Pilates classes (small groups – 7 max) Educate clients on Pilates principles, body awareness, and proper technique Customize sessions for varying fitness levels and goals Support client progress with encouragement and feedback Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Contribute to our studio’s inclusive, empowering environment Skills & Qualifications: Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, etc.) Pay: $50/class
