This is a part-time, on-site Studio Manager role based in Wilmington, DE. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensure a high-quality customer experience, and lead the team to meet performance and sales goals. Responsibilities include managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, motivating staff, and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and retention. The role also requires attention to detail in ensuring the studio maintains its welcoming and professional environment.
