We’re opening a premium reformer studio on the Margate coast and are looking for a founding Lead Instructor to shape it from day one. You’ll design our timetable, lead inspiring classes (10 Reformers + half-Cadillacs), set the teaching style, and help build a movement-led community.

You: 3+ years’ Reformer experience, Reformer + Tower qualified, confident designing classes, warm teaching style, and excited by creative freedom + community-building.

We offer: Up to £50k (pro-rata), growth to full-time, short-term accommodation, bonus, and real creative ownership in a beautifully designed studio.
