Selformer is not your ordinary Pilates studio. We blend intelligent movement with music, design, and community to create an inclusive, empowering experience for both clients and instructors. We are looking for confident, professional Pilates instructors who care deeply about quality teaching, meaningful client connection, and being part of a thoughtful, supportive team. What You’ll Do Inspire and guide clients through primarily Reformer based Pilates sessions Teach mat classes and contribute to our on demand video platform, based on experience and interest Work closely with clients to build strength, confidence, and long term body awareness Create engaging, motivating class experiences that leave clients feeling strong and supported What We’re Looking For Fully certified Pilates instructor, Reformer certification required Strong cueing, anatomy knowledge, and class presence Warm, professional, and community minded teaching style Compensation Minimum starting base rate of $35 to $45 per group class, depending on experience, with earning potential of up to $70 per class based on class size and tenure Additional Opportunities Teaching private sessions, duets, and workshops Participation in on demand video content Benefits All instructors are hired as W2 employees Selformer covers 50 percent of Social Security and Medicare taxes Paid Family Leave Short Term Disability Insurance Workers Compensation Insurance Professional Liability Insurance Complimentary practice time Ongoing education and access to workshops If you are passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected through movement, we would love to hear from you.
