✨ Hiring Experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors – Mill Valley, CA ✨
Hi Pilates teachers — I'm the owner of The Studio Mill Valley, a locally owned boutique Pilates and yoga studio in Marin. We're looking for experienced Reformer and Mat Pilates instructors to join our team.

- Locally owned studio that values long-term relationships with our teachers
- Established Mill Valley studio (5 years) with small classes — only 6 Reformers — allowing teachers to focus on each student's progress
- A loyal community where teachers build lasting relationships with clients
Role
- Teach 2–6 Reformer and/or Mat classes per week (flexible schedule)
- 50-minute group classes
What we're looking for
- Certified Pilates instructor (Reformer required)
- Comfortable teaching mixed-level classes
- Strong cueing and solid Pilates foundations
- Professional, reliable, and community-oriented
Compensation & perks
- Flat rate per class + bonus based on class size
