The Studio Manager is a blend of expertise and leadership. The Studio Manager will support the team of instructors as well as hold the team accountable for their job requirements and duties. This position will support instructors to work through challenges with any of their clients. The Studio Manager leverages their ability to be solution-oriented leader and use their analytical skills to play an instrumental role supporting the Founder, Kim Grady. The Studio Manager shapes the direction of client and instructor growth, while fostering a collaborative relationship with the Founder, Kim Grady. The Studio Manager is enthusiastic, curious, and hardworking. The Studio Manager’s responsibilities extend to keeping the studio running; it encompasses the development of actionable plans that drive organizational success. Their combination of team member support, client support and hands-on involvement ensures the outcome is effective.
