Alive Yoga is Kuwait’s leading yoga center offering multiple styles of yoga in a beautifully designed, high-end space with a welcoming, international community. We are now adding Reformer Pilates classes and seeking two experienced and certified Reformer Pilates instructors (male or female) to join our growing team in Kuwait.

About the Role You’ll teach:

• 3 group Reformer Pilates classes per day
• 2 private or semi-private sessions per day (total of 5 teaching hours daily, 5 days per week) If private session requests are low on certain days, you may be asked to sub or teach an additional class instead. Your total working time at the center will not exceed 8 hours per day, meaning we will not give you classes too far apart like 7 AM and 7 PM. Salary: USD 3,000 per month (base) Additional earning potential: 50% commission on any extra private, semi-private, or workshop sessions you choose to teach.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates group classes
• Certified through a recognized and reputable training program such as STOTT / Merrithew, Balanced Body, BASI, or similar
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safety
• Confident, positive, and professional teaching presence
• Passion for helping clients feel their best and creating an inclusive class environment
• Open to relocation to Kuwait by November or December 2025

Equipment & Studio Alive Yoga is fully equipped with Merrithew V2 Max Reformers and a complete range of props including Pilates balls, hand weights, bars, and bands. You’ll be teaching in a spacious, elegant studio with an established and friendly community of members.

Compensation & Benefits

• USD 3,000 monthly salary for 5 teaching hours per day (5 days/week)
• Private apartment provided near the center o If not within 10–15 minutes’ walking distance, transportation will be arranged
• Round-trip flight reimbursement: o You’ll book your own flight to Kuwait, and we’ll reimburse you within 3 days of arrival
• Work visa and all paperwork fully handled and covered by Alive Yoga
• Government health insurance
• 30 days paid annual leave
• 1-year renewable contract
• Supportive and friendly team environment

Important Notes Once your visa is issued, you’ll need to have it stamped at your nearest Kuwait Embassy, which may require a criminal record certificate and/or medical test, depending on your country. Alive Yoga will cover the costs associated with this process.
