Reformer Instructor Pilates Job in Upper Marlboro

Form Theory is a new boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Downtown Upper Marlboro! We're looking for passionate reformer Pilates instructors to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Lead dynamic, supportive group reformer classes.
• Provide clear cueing, modifications, and progressions.
• Create engaging, results-driven workouts.
• Build connections and foster a welcoming community.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified in Reformer Pilates (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
• Currently in training and working toward certification. Must be in test out phase (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI).
• Group class experience.
• Strong knowledge of movement and anatomy.
• Energetic, motivating, and client-focused.

Details:

• Part-time: 1–5 hrs per week
• $30.00–$50.00 per class (certified) | $20.00 per class (in training)
• Work location: In-person
