We are currently seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor for a part time teaching position and sub classes. The ideal candidate must be passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness, able to build positive relationships with clients, and work well in a team setting. DC Pilates is located in the historical H street neighbourhood in Washington, DC. Accessible to public transportation, and close to Metro. Candidate requirements: Must be nationally certified full apparatus, Reformer or Mat. Ideally candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience teaching in a studio setting. Ability to teach 50min privates, mixed-level reformer and tower/mat classes in a safe and professional manner. Confidence and knowledge in working with a wide range of clients from all fitness levels, adolescents-seniors, and with various physical conditions.
