If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, any refund requests must be directed to the respective platform, as PlankeApp cannot process refunds for payments made through third-party providers. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription and cancel it through the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store if they no longer wish to continue using our services. Failure to cancel the subscription will result in continued charges, for which no refunds will be provided by PlankeApp.
