ASPYN METHOD  was founded by Anita and Alexandra Lugliani a mother daughter team of 3rd generation Pilates instructors . Our studio was born out of our love for fitness and our clients. We  offer results driven classes lead by instructors who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals,all while catering to the body's needs. To achieve this we have established a culture that supports our team of certified instructors, so they can provide exceptional service and instruction to our ASPYN METHOD members.
