Century Pilates Instructor Training Program

We are North Texas’ premier classical Pilates comprehensive and mat certification program, centrally located in the epicenter of the DFW metroplex. Owner and Creator Emily Urbanosky Wills, a 3rd generation Pilates instructor developed her CPIT program to be the most comprehensive program available today and one that addresses and supports its trainees for industry trends. Our studio is one of few fully furnished classical studios in the state that’s curated a variety of apparatus from manufacturers like Gratz, Pilates Designs, Pilates Lineage, Contrology by BB to name a few.
