We are a fully equipped Classical Pilates Instructor Training studio in the heart of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with an established clientele & a beautiful space to call home. Message us if you’re interested in our 150, 450, or 600 hour 4th generation classical Pilates instructor training courses, or if you’re looking for a new space to flex your teaching skills! 1st private $35. Drop in group class $35.
