Club Pilates Union offers multiple levels, classes, and equipment (Reformer, TRX, Springboard, EXO-chair, and more). All of our classes are taught by comprehensively trained instructors and are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion, and can help with a variety of goals, including toning, improving sports performance, and reducing the risk of injury.
