Flex Studio

Opened in 2005, Flex Studio has two locations in Hong Kong, and one in Singapore. We are a fully Classical studio, with Gratz, Pilates Designs amd Pilates Scandinavia apparatus in our 6 studio rooms across all locations. Flex is the regional Host site for Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates Teacher Training program; Founder/Owner Heather Thomas is the Lead Educator in the region. We offer four RPTT training cycles per year across both regions, and have cumulative staff of 25 instructors. We regulary host guest instructors from around the world, amd continuing education opportunities for all staff.
