Peace Of Mind Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located in Denver, Colorado. Our highly trained and Nationally Certified Pilates Teachers (NCPT) have decades of experience in teaching Pilates. Our clients range in age from 12-92. Our personalized approach and calm, non-judgmental environment create a safe space for clients to rediscover their bodies and minds. We believe that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of their background or current health status.
