Seal Beach Pilates

Upscale, clean and beautiful Pilates studio in the heart of Seal Beach. We have 8 Balanced Body Studio Reformers, 8 EXO Chairs, 8 Springboards, mats and many other props to enhance our members' Pilates experience. We offer many group classes in the morning and afernoon/evening. We usually offer Private Pilates sessions to clients in the mid-afternoon.
