Barre Instructor

Neighborhood Barre™ isn’t your average workout—it’s results-driven, fun, and welcoming for every body. We’re looking to add to our growing Germantown instructor team to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and supported.

What we’re looking for: -Passion for barre, pilates, and other low-impact forms of fitness -Flexible schedule for teaching availability. -Strong communication and motivational skills -Strong sales and organization skills

Minimum Requirements: -Must be able to teach at least 2 classes per week -Must participate in Neighborhood Barre training and pass the test-out -Must have a continous-learner mindset and be open to all formats -Must work as a team to support the success of the studio

• Must be comfortable pitching memberships and closing sales
