Alex is a classically certified Pilates instructor and educator, birth and abortion doula, and founder of Continuum Contrology. She holds special certifications as a teacher trainer and pre/post natal instructor. With a decade of experience in both studio and group classes, her teaching focuses on inclusivity and positivity, leading with humor and possibility to help clients and students achieve Joseph Pilates's quoted "spontaneous zest and pleasure" in their practice and throughout their lives.
