I have training from many different types of movement modules. Stott Pilates, Hatha yoga, Hip Hop, Tap Dance, Tai Chi, to name a few….I love fusion where one style of motion influences the other just like life. I come from a dance background and integrated fitness and mat-based exercise to my repertoire to make exercise programs that are dynamic and creative. Movement should be enjoyable and personable to ensure consistency and dedication to one’s practice.
