Experienced Pilates Instructor, Stott trained in mat, reformer, cadillac, barrels, and chair. Currently studying Breathe certification in Clinical Pilates. I enjoy working with all levels and ages in group and 1-2-1 settings. Passion for active agers and special populations and people in chronic pain.
