I am a certified Pilates instructor, having completed a 506-hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program. I have demonstrated competency in leading Pilates private sessions and group classes. My skills include teaching participants of varying abilities on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair, Barrels, and using small accessories. Over the past two years, I have been teaching Mat, Reformer, and Chair Pilates to both private clients and group participants. I am currently seeking a part-time Pilates instructor position.
