Classical Pilates
Andrea started her Pilates journey in 2017 while searching for an exercise method that would help her improve her flexibility, posture, and strengthen her body uniformly. She took her first group mat class in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the “post-workout endorphins” that made her feel energized and mentally focused and was left wanting more! She began to take private classes with instructors in New York City and Jersey City. She quickly became drawn to the benefits Pilates was providing her and made her rethink movement patterns that could be applied to everyday habits
