With decades of athletic experience, I recognize that mastering Pilates is a game-changer in any competitive environment. I hold certifications in Classical Mat I & II, and I've completed 500 hours of training including assistant teaching and successfully passing the comprehensive written exam in contemporary Pilates. I'm now preparing for my practical test. And that's not all! I'm also in teacher training for my Classical Comprehensive certification!
