I've worked in the fitness industry for more than 30 years in pretty much every field. Certified personal trainer, group fitness, weight management, and for the last 15 years I've owned my Pilates studio, BPilates. I'm classically trained through Peak Pilates. I combine my years of fitness/wellness training to specify movements targeted to the individual(s). Movement is healing. However, finding the right movement, at that current moment for the client is imperative. And all of this is with as much ease and fun as possible!!
