I am a classically trained Pilates Instructor with over 15 yrs. of teaching experience. I own an adorable studio in Savannah, GA named Core Pilates & Health. I'm also a certified Integrative Nutritionist with a master's degree in nutrition. I am currently expanding my business model to include Pilates retreats.
