I teach contemporary Pilates with an emphasis on classical principles. My Pilates training was done through BASI with an additional focus on Pilates for dancers. I am trained to teach on all the Pilates apparatuses and the Mat. I have been teaching for 9 years and own my Pilates studio, Pilates Loft, located in Santa Barbara, CA. Within my years of teaching, I have done many continuing education courses and worked in rehab-focused facilities such as Physical therapy clinics. This education has led my private clientele to consist of post-rehab and elderly clients.
