Founder of The Body Alchemy Method. A 30+ year seasoned 3rd generation Master Pilates Instructor, Movement Specialist with Certifications in Fascia Release Therapy and manual Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Therapy. While my practice centers around Concierge Wellness and private in-home sessions, I love being in the Studio! I sub and step into sister studios throughout LA, SF, and in-residence as a featured global movement and wellness practitioner. Offering group mat classes, Apparatus and large scale Reformer and Private sessions. My signature Body Alchemy sessions as well.
