I specialize in both classical and contemporary Mat Pilates, and I'm currently in the process of completing my Reformer certification. My journey with Pilates began postpartum, and it had a profound impact on my physical and mental well-being. That experience inspired me to become an instructor. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where clients of all levels feel empowered to explore movement and body awareness. I believe that Pilates is a lifelong practice, and I'm passionate about helping others discover how it can support them in their everyday lives!
