I’m trained in a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates on the mat and reformer, with a passion for movement and love of the Pilates practice! I teach a variety of styles based in pelvic and powerhouse movement. I thrive in mixed group classes, facilitating a fun and safe environment, and focus on connection between instructor and client, and the client’s mind and body.
