My Pilates style of teaching is to combine classic with contemporary functional movements. I love building on themes and making sure the sessions are balanced to ensure the best results. By bringing some mat pilates exercises onto the reformer it ensures a good foundation.
I have beenbtrained in Booty Barre bu Tracey Mallet as well as Barre Attack and love to teach a barre class that focuses on technique, poise and balance to grow stronger with flexibility while enjoying a challenging routine.
