I am a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor who’s been actively teaching contemporary pilates for the past two years. My background before becoming an Instructor was mainly based in the creative arts. . It was during the Pandemic when I decided to pivot my career. I believe that Pilates is not only an incredible workout method, but also a great way to help people to learn to metaphysically heal themselves. Building a strong core, enhancing flexibility, balance, control, and breath are all practices that improve not only the body but also the mind and the spirit.
