I am a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor who's been actively teaching contemporary pilates for the past two years. My background before becoming an instructor was mainly based in the creative arts. It was during the pandemic when I decided to pivot my career. I believe that pilates is not only an incredible workout method, but also a great way to help people learn to metaphysically heal themselves. Building a strong core, enhancing flexibility, balance, control, and breath are all practices that improve not only the body but also the mind and the spirit.
