I am certified through PSC for pilates mat, reformer, chair, and Cadillac and was trained on Balanced Body equipment. I teach group and private sessions for all types of pilates, but my bread and butter is the reformer. I use traditional exercises and moves with a modern twist. I love to throw in props, my favorite is the magic circle.
